How does LeadBeast work?
LeadBeast is a statistical aggregation tool that brings together metrics from a number of sources to allow users to understand the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns and providers. LeadBeast takes into account statistics from the web, trackable telephone numbers and even email enquiries to give its users information on all leads of their business.
How is the LeadBeast solution implemented?
“LeadBeast is a Software as a Service model (SaaS). It is hosted in our secure data centres. There is no need for any in-house server infrastructure on the customer side. We back-up all the data and the logs so you don’t need to worry about having it lost.”
How often do the stats in LeadBeast get updated?
LeadBeast’s statistics are pulled in from other specialist analytics providers and the frequency at which the figures are updated is dependent on the level of availability of the statistics from those partners. By using GForces’ preferred partners for telephony services, LeadBeast can be live to the hour.
How much administration is required by the user?
The administration of LeadBeast has been kept as straight-forward as possible. The initial setup will require significant input from the user to set up campaigns and budgets, and to ensure phone numbers are assigned correctly, but as an ongoing task there is minimal effort require to maintain existing campaigns.
Why can’t I just use Google Analytics to track my website?
LeadBeast’s web analytics module goes into further depth than Google Analytics by allowing the user to identify when certain actions have happened within their website and tracing this information back to the initial route that visitor took to find the website. In addition, by using Google Analytics only, a user misses half of the picture in the number of visitors who are calling through from numbers on the website. LeadBeast brings all this data into one place to give a true picture of how your web advertising is working for your business.
I already have a trackable numbers solution, can I use LeadBeast?
Depending on the provider, LeadBeast may be able to integrate the statistics from other telecoms providers although some of LeadBeast’s functionality may be restricted. GForces’ telecoms partners may be able to port trackable numbers to their platforms which would enable full functionality within LeadBeast and could even save you money on your telephony. Is there an additional cost for telephone tracking?
As part of the LeadBeast solution we can track both Regional Geographical Numbers and Non-Geographical numbers.
The tracking of these numbers can incur additional charges so please see bellow the relevant telephone charges.
